About Relate
We're here for everyone
Rosy's experience
It's really upsetting as a teenager experiencing your parents arguing, and it's the worst feeling not knowing if they will stay together. I'm so glad my parents went to Relate, I have seen them grow together as a couple again.
One vision
A future in which good couple and family relationships form the heart of a thriving community.
With 60 years of experience Relate Bedfordshire and Luton continues to help people strengthen their relationships and pick up the pieces and start over again, as well as supporting couples, young people and families before things reach crisis point.
Our services can support your relationships through all the stages of your life; from being a child, through to your teenage years, becoming a couple, a parent, a grandparent and retiring into old age.
We aim to build and strengthen your relationships, not just provide a crisis service.
We all know someone who has been affected by the breakup of a relationship and many of us have firsthand experience of the pain it can cause. In the worst cases relationship difficulties lead to people having mental health problems, losing their job, becoming homeless as well as facing debt, loneliness and isolation.
Relate has trained counsellors waiting to help when people make the brave decision to call and talk about their very private problems. By calling Relate Bedfordshire and Luton or visiting you can get confidential help and support.
